The radiator looks amazing and even they don’t send you instructions, it’s very easy to install.
However they took a lot of time sending the product and after a month before they sent me the radiator I saw in their website they put in offer this product so it was like £15 cheaper. As in other places they are happy to return the difference, I’ve asked them to do it for me but the say no and oly offered to send a voucher for the next buy. A bit not useful as their products are really pricely and you are not buying every month something else from them.
A but dissapointed because they made me wait more than a month for my radiator and during that time then went on sale but they didin’t wanted to offered me that sale.

We do quote 3-6 weeks when customers require a made to order finish and size and you actually received your Radiator Cover within 5 weeks. We did offer a very slightly larger cover from stock, for next day delivery, but you preferred to wait for the exact & tailor-made size.
We do run promotions and had just started one a day earlier and the difference for you, was £12, to which we offered double that as a store voucher as a goodwill gesture, via Email, & which you could have used in any of our stores (Lighting, Furniture, Wall Panels, Shelves etc) to which you didn’t reply?

Great product, I have ordered this for a children's service shower room to cover the heated towel rail as we wanted some thing that looked great and protected anyone from any potential burns, this works great and looks great.

Good quality, very easy to fit
So, I'm looking for something to cover the radiator in my hall as I'm going to redecorate and I come across Destingtive Designs and think, this looks like the sort of thing that looks interesting.
The radiator cover is now in place and looks stunning.

Love the colour and finished product. Easy to fit and personal delivery. Had to wait for the covers but it was worth it. The only down side is the lower clips are difficult to fit and not such good quality for the price

A little pricey, but it's a bespoke contemporary design which sets it apart. Looks great on the wall and looks more like a slick piece of furniture than just a cover.
There was some damage to the cover when it was delivered, but it was addressed immediately without question, and the new version looks great.

I am so thrilled & delighted with the Bespoke Radiator Cover Geometric SATURN. It has completely transformed my kitchen. The best choice ever! The Customer Service was exceptional from start to finish. Monika was particularly helpful and she is a great asset to the company. Nice cover, although spray finish was not competed on one corner.
Product ok. Fittings a bit primitive & not great quality. Delivered to wrong address, which was more of an issue retrieving it in these lock down times. Luckily (?) my phone number was printed on label so lady at wrong address rang me. Understandably wasn’t keen on me breaking lockdown rules to collect it.
Finally got it & it had minor damage. Couldn’t be bothered with the hassle of returning or complaining.
Great product well made - turns boring radiator into elegant room feature.
